Clinical Care Coordinator | Full-Time | Greenwood Manor Aged Care Home

As we begin this new chapter, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to lead clinical excellence and help shape the future of care at Greenwood Manor.

About the Role:

As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee the clinical operations and provide leadership to our care team, ensuring that every resident receives safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role during an exciting time of growth and transformation under MACG's well-established model of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure best practice and compliance
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans
  • Mentor staff and foster a supportive, learning-focused environment
  • Liaise with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
  • Maintain clinical governance and support accreditation readiness

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in a leadership or coordinator role within aged care
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and committed to person-centred care
