What You'll Get Up To

  • Keep our IT systems reliable, secure, and scalable
  • Lead and support IT staff locally and offshore
  • Own AWS, , React platforms, domain management, DNS, SSL, version control, and pipelines
  • Run IT projects from start to finish and make processes sing
  • Communicate tech in plain language to the wider team
  • Mentor, guide, and shape a culture of excellence

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or similar
  • 5+ years in IT management or senior operations roles
  • Confident leading teams across multiple locations
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, networks, hardware, and software
  • Excellent communicator who can make tech understandable
  • Organised problem solver who thrives in a growing business
