Full-Time Or Casual Chef – Kitchen & Providore Store (Mascot)

We're on the hunt for a talented and versatile full-time chef to join our dynamic team at our kitchen and providore store in Mascot.

Open 6.5 days a week, our store offers a mix of dine-in, takeaway, and retail offerings, with a focus on high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced produce. We also host occasional evening and Saturday night events that showcase our food in a more elevated, intimate setting.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen
  • Work across daytime service, with one evening shift per week and occasional Saturday events
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with our seasonal menu
  • Support the providore by engaging with customers and assisting with front-of-house service when needed
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality produce
  • Great attitude and willingness to engage with customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Flexibility to assist with events and occasional night shifts
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
