The Role As a Senior Urban Planner, you'll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of urban development projects — from strategic precinct plans to complex, high-profile developments. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, councils, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical planning outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and delivering a range of urban planning projects across the region
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality planning reports, submissions, and proposals
  • Navigating regulatory frameworks and guiding clients through approval processes
  • Leading stakeholder engagement, including councils, government agencies, and communities
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the planning team

What we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban/Town Planning or related field
  • Significant post-graduate experience in urban or statutory planning
  • Strong working knowledge of SA planning regulations and processes
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance commercial outcomes with sustainable, community-focused solutions
