The Role
As a Senior Urban Planner, you'll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of urban development projects — from strategic precinct plans to complex, high-profile developments. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, councils, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical planning outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and delivering a range of urban planning projects across the region

Preparing and presenting high-quality planning reports, submissions, and proposals

Navigating regulatory frameworks and guiding clients through approval processes

Leading stakeholder engagement, including councils, government agencies, and communities

Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the planning team

What we're looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Urban/Town Planning or related field

Significant post-graduate experience in urban or statutory planning

Strong working knowledge of SA planning regulations and processes

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance commercial outcomes with sustainable, community-focused solutions
