An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned town planner to step into a pivotal Principal-level role with a respected planning consultancy in South Australia.
With offices across multiple states and a strong client portfolio across both the public and private sector, they're positioned for growth and are going through a period of transformation and refreshment. An exciting time to join the charge
This is a unique chance to lead complex, high-value planning projects - from land use planning, master planning, strategic/policy planning to development advisory and approvals - while operating autonomously as a trusted advisor and project lead.
In this leadership role, you'll:
- Take full ownership of complex, major-value strategic planning and development approvals—as a project and client manager, working with autonomy.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice.
- Act as a growth catalyst—spotting business opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and support a talented team—guiding development, overseeing resource allocation, coaching performance, and delegating effectively.
