Our client is a global Manufacturer located in Bayswater looking for a Trade Assistant to work Day Shift, temp to perm for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and is eager to apply their knowledge, experience and skills in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist set up and preparation for tradesmen
  • Handle raw materials, including loading and moving finished parts
  • Perform basic finishing tasks such as grinding, and polishing
  • Using hand and power tools for basic assembly or maintenance
  • Support routine maintenance and tooling changeovers
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, metalwork, or a trade assistant role
  • Confidence using hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
  • Good understanding of PPE requirements
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

This in an ongoing role 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday
