Are you a tech-savvy project leader with a passion for innovation and impact? QA Higher Education is looking for a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital platforms that transform the student experience. From AI-powered portals to dynamic websites, you'll lead projects that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Technical Project Manager, you'll drive the design, development, and delivery of public and student-facing digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and our trusted tech delivery partner to bring personalized, secure, and scalable solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development & project management for web and portal initiatives.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, data engineers, and content creators.

Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.

Oversee integration of AI features like chatbots, dashboards, and recommendation engines.

Ensure platforms are accessible, secure, and GDPR-compliant.

Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

Understand Key performance indicators for engagement, conversion, acquisition and technical performance

Drive insight based decision making

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who's not just experienced, but visionary.

Experience
Proven track record in technical project management (education, SaaS, or digital services preferred).

Skilled in agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.

Knowledge
Deep understanding of Microsoft web technologies

Deep understanding of CMS, APIs, cloud platforms

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools like MS Co-pilot Studio (desirable).

Knowledge of data privacy and accessibility standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
