Job Description/Summary
We are looking for a strategic and driven
Global Antenna Segment Marketing Manager
to lead marketing initiatives across our antenna portfolio, with a focus on combo and external antennas. This role is responsible for developing and executing global go-to-market strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility and expand our presence in key vertical markets. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in IoT antenna marketing with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and technology trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global segment marketing strategy for embedded, external and combo antennas, ensuring alignment with product development and sales goals.
- Identify and assess new markets, customer segments and use cases for antenna products, with a focus on high-growth verticals.
- Ability to identify and analyze key customer buying criteria to inform product positioning, marketing strategies and sales approaches.
- Develop value propositions, segment positioning and compelling messaging that resonates with technical and commercial audiences.
- Create targeted promotional content and marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads and support sales enablement across global regions.
- Work closely with product management, field application engineering (FAE), sales and regional marketing teams to deliver cohesive and effective go-to-market plans.
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, case studies, webinars and industry event participation.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.
- Own and track marketing KPIs for the antenna segment, continuously optimizing campaigns and messaging for improved performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the antenna industry, with a strong focus on combo and external antennas.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Deep understanding of antenna technologies, applications and key markets.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that successfully target and engage new customer segments.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical features into value-driven messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign performance analytics.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills in a global context.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for wireless technology and connectivity solutions.
