About the Role
We're looking for an Office Manager to join a our growing company. This role covers a broad mix of administration, HR coordination, project support and office management, with plenty of variety day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- HR tasks including onboarding, compliance, and staff coordination
- Assist project teams with resourcing
- Coordinate training and licences
- Manage office logistics, equipment, supplies and event planning
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
- Organize meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming correspondence and communications
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Ordering of PPE
- Assistance to the General Manager when required
- Social Media posts
About You
- 5+ years relevant experience as a Office Manager/Administrator preferably within the construction industry.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero & ApprovalMax highly desirable
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
