The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our West Melbourne team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values commitment and teamwork.  In this role, you'll manage day-to-day customer interactions, including

  • Managing high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling waste collection bookings efficiently.
  • Responding to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Preparing driver run sheets.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
