Creative Therapy Adelaide is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our supportive and passionate team.

About Us

We're a multidisciplinary allied health clinic that brings together music therapists and speech pathologists to help people of all ages thrive through creativity and connection. Our practice is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care for both participants and our team.

About the Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our clinic operations, the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly day to day. From keeping the office stocked and organised, to managing participant intakes, documentation, and scheduling, your role will ensure participants and therapists always feel supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new participant enquiries and intake documentation
  • Coordinate therapist schedules and participant appointments
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general presentation
  • Ensure participant files and compliance documentation are up to date
  • Communicate warmly with participants and families via phone and email
  • Support the team in implementing and following internal systems

  • Experience working with NDIS participants and systems
  • Strong skills in scheduling and administration

Part-Time Position (starting December 2025)

Approx. 20 hours per week (to be confirmed)
