Vision 2 Estimating is a fast-growing South Australian estimating company that provides professional estimating services to the building and construction industry.  We have developed unique technology tools to provide a cutting-edge outsourced estimation service to our customers.

Due to our company's substantial growth, we are looking for a Workflow Administration Assistant. This position will be full-time, but has the capacity to be flexible with hours. The position will be located at our Office in Torrensville, South Australia.

The role

As a Workflow Administration Assistant at Vision 2 Estimating, you will play a vital role in assisting with day to day tasks, acting as the first point of contact for our clients and all Account related Administration duties.

This role will include:

  • Assist with scheduling all incoming job orders.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Job setup and following up quotes with Customers.
  • Account duties – Aged receivables and invoicing.
  • Assist with projects and general administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Good computer skills and experience in MS Office
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great communication
  • Self-motivation and good time management
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
