We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Income Collection Assistant** to assist with the daily operations of the Income Collections department.

The position reports to the Income Collections Manager, and is based at our Head Office in Torrensville.

You will be responsible for general cash office administration, including:

- Sorting paperwork
- Ensuring the billing system is up to date
- Generating and issuing invoices
- Sorting and disseminate paperwork received in mail bags from stores
- Maintaining positive and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- managing cash within the Head Office safe
- Knowledge of cash register systems or cashier experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Back offence competency (preferred, but not essential)
- Computer literacy - beginner to intermediate level with competency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Passion and enthusiasm
