This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to leverage their experience in reporting and business processes while contributing to superior client service delivery.This role is required in either Sydney or Melbourne CBD.Key Responsibilities:Oversee month-end close processes - Coordinate reporting, perform detailed MTD/YTD performance analysis against targets, and present results to internal and client stakeholdersManage annual budgets and periodic forecasting - Lead the budget process for client spend, develop assumptions with stakeholders aligned to client strategy, and obtain stakeholder signoffProvide strategic business partnering - Work with delivery leads to achieve budget/forecast targets, identify portfolio risks and opportunities, and deliver strategic performance insightsLead finance operations oversight - Manage offshore finance service centre, ensure AP/AR/GL function integrity, and maintain JLL standard processes and data qualityDrive continuous improvement initiatives - Identify and implement process enhancements and control improvements across finance operationsBuild strong stakeholder relationships - Engage with client and account stakeholders, handle financial queries, and maintain productive partnerships with client financial teamsDeliver financial analysis and reporting - Analyze trends, flag issues, propose corrective solutions, and communicate financial insights to various stakeholdersEnsure compliance and quality standards - Maintain adherence to legislative requirements, contractual obligations, and internal controls while supporting overall service delivery excellenceKey Skills and RequirementTertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related disciplineAchievement or near completion of CPA / CA qualification will be highly regarded5+ years of experience in a complex commercial environmentPrevious experience in the property industry and FM scope contracts will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationship and manage client representatives and stakeholders.Advanced financial analytical and reporting skillsGood planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and manage multiple complex deliverablesWhat you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bandsPrivate Health Insurance DiscountsEmployee assistant programNovated Lease for EV carsPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible workingAbout us:At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
