You'll bring:

  • Experience across production, inventory, warehousing and delivery
  • Confidence managing small teams and creating positive culture
  • Strength in planning, scheduling and material coordination
  • Practical process-improvement experience
  • Background in avionics, electronics manufacturing, or precision engineering
  • Budget/costing/financial forecasting experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central)

If you've worked as a Production Supervisor, Inventory & Warehouse Manager, Operations Coordinator or similar, this is a strong next step.
