Positions Available

We are currently hiring for the following full-time, permanent positions:

  • Cook
  • Commis Chef
  • Demi Chef
  • Chef de Partie

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with seafood and fresh pasta is highly desirable
  • A collaborative team player with a guest-first mindset
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work mornings, lunch, dinner shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage your designated kitchen section
  • Maintain control over stock levels and ordering
  • Support the training and development of junior chefs and apprentices
  • Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety standards

Job Details

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule Options:

  • 8 to 10-hour shifts
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, rotating roster
  • Monday to Friday, weekends, public holidays

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay available

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred)
