About You

The key skills and behaviours that make a truly great Migration Administrator, and what we are looking for are:

  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Experience within an administrative / data entry requiring a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for helping others
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Well organised and a methodical approach to work
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in immigration will be well regarded

About The Role

The Migration Administrator is responsible for supporting our fantastic team of Migration Agents and Migration Coordinators. Broadly speaking, your duties will include:

  • Preparing applications for our clients
  • Checking documents received from clients
  • Drafting forms and letters
  • Preparing reports
  • Updating the client database
