Wanted  A Super-Star Admin Manager

If you're the super-star we're looking for, you'll be friendly, enthusiastic and love supporting our team of program facilitators in a fun and dynamic clinic setting.  You must be committed to your own personal development and well-being and enjoy learning new things about yourself to fit into our team. Well presented and highly motivated, you'll be a great communicator and love ensuring that your role is completed to a level of detail.

As a super-organised person, you will be weaving your magic in a swan-like manner to coordinate appointments both internally at our private clinic in Burswood, and prisons around Western Australia.  You will be dealing with clients and their families, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office including phone answering and general admin support.

You will be involved in every facet of our growing organisation.  And due to the confidential nature of our service, you must have a high level of integrity and your seal of confidentiality must be like a fool-proof safe.

To coordinate with finesse, you must be a whiz at MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).  A knowledge of Coreplus and ACT (or similar practise management and marketing database systems) would be highly regarded as they say

At The Whitehaven Clinic we do things differently.  As an Addiction Recovery Clinic we deliver a customised Addiction Recovery Process Program to private clients in a clinic setting, and in selected prisons.  We don't do any group work, we instead work one-on-one to provide individualised and tailored programs.  Our super-power is that we profile each client to determine specific underlying treatment needs. Our program incorporates a wide array of teachings and has had great success in helping people to live happy, healthy and fun lives.
