- You have extensive and demonstrable experience within Sales and Retail functions, specifically within the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sectors.
- You have exceptional leadership capabilities, essential for providing strategic direction and fostering the growth of boutique teams. A proven ability to inspire and mentor staff to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- You have an in-depth understanding of the luxury retail environment, including sophisticated selling techniques and elevated customer service protocols
- You have strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability and willingness to drive impactful change and challenge conventional approaches to enhance performance and elevate the client experience.
- You have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a clear vision, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and represent the brand with eloquence and sophistication.
What are we expecting from you?
- Driving Growth & Performance: You drive organic growth by proactively identifying commercial opportunities and developing strategic action plans based on in-depth analysis of boutique performance and key retail KPIs.
- Market Insight & Business Development: You provide valuable market intelligence to the Retail Director, actively seek opportunities to develop High Jewelry and High-End business.
- Elevating Client Experience & Engagement: You uphold the Maison's standards for client experience and hospitality, leading local client engagements and guiding boutique management in developing strategic actions for client activation, engagement, retention, and segmentation.
- Ensuring Compliance & Operational Excellence: You ensure boutiques' operations comply with Group SOP and Maison's policies & procedures, liaising with internal functions to maximize compliance and protect the business.
- Strategic Guidance & Support: You provide on-site guidance across all boutiques, supporting strategy, sales, KPIs, client experience, and staff development, while also championing change management initiatives. (Frequent travel is a key requirement).
- Talent Management & Development: You identify, recruit, and retain top talent to sustain growth, inspire and motivate boutique managers to build cohesive teams, manage performance with clear objectives and feedback, and provide ongoing training and coaching.
