The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Equipment Administration Manager to join our Sydney team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is pivotal in managing our refrigeration and draught equipment assets across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Refrigeration Asset Management:

  • Maintain and administer SAP PM database for fridge placements and movements.
  • Liaise with outsourced partners and internal teams to ensure accurate asset tracking.
  • Make repair/replace decisions aligned with ROI frameworks.
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and freight journal reconciliations.

Draught Equipment Management:

  • Oversee installations, quoting, and mobile bar setups for licensed venues and events.
  • Maintain detailed trackers and coordinate with suppliers and finance teams.
  • Manage fridge and draught equipment requests and escalations.

About you:

  • Proven customer service excellence in a multi-functional environment.
  • Robust stakeholder management skills. (Internal & External)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Asset management experience. (Preferably in the refrigeration space)
  • SAP (Plant Maintenance module) experience. (Desirable)
  • The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
