Front Office – Guest Services Agent

Located in the heart of Milton, 
Cosmo Apartment Hotel
 offers a relaxed, contemporary stay just minutes from Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane's CBD, and some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, and entertainment.

We are currently seeking a 
motivated and hands-on Casual Front Office Guest Services Agent
 to join our dynamic and friendly team. If you are passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily Front Office operations.
  • Handling guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Processing reservations and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Assisting with guest arrivals and departures following set check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Achieving guest satisfaction targets by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in hotel reception or customer service and demonstrate the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role preferred
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional manner with a high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions when required
  • Proficiency in hotel systems; experience with 
    RMS
     is highly desirable but not essential.

Requirements

  • Must have 
    unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays as required.
