The Role

We seek an experienced Supply Planner to plan, procure and coordinate both the import of overseas manufactured and locally made products into the Australian and New Zealand market. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work globally with international suppliers as well as a market-leading national brand.

You will work with key external bodies such as freight companies, as well as key internal stakeholders to ensure product arrives according to timeframes and meets all quality and technical specifications.

You will also work with a leading ERP platform, so it is imperative that data integrity is maintained at all times.

Working under a friendly and supportive leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and receive on the job training.

This position will be commencing in January 2026

Daily Tasks typically include:

  • Ensure ongoing supply to customers
  • Monitor sourcing of products in line with inventory objectives set by management
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure product is available, cost effective and is in the right place at the right time
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply or Demand Planning
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply/ Demand planning or business-related discipline
  • Experience in using sophisticated ERP systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and communication/relationship building skills
  • Strong computer and relationship building skills

Desirable

  • Experience working with overseas suppliers
  • APICS or CIPS qualification or equivalent
