**Who the Company is?**

**al.ive body**

The idea for the al.ive body range was born after Design Duo Alisa and Lysandra Fraser regularly struggled to source bathroom and kitchen styling products that complemented their finished projects, while also offering the product purity their clients expected. They found the personal care market was saturated with brands that placed major emphasis on either design aesthetic or product purity, but rarely did one brand achieve both.

So after 18 months of intense determination and exploration, the result is a personal care range aimed at the conscious consumer who values high-end design and demands product integrity.

The name, al.ive body, was inspired by the twins’ passion for environmental causes that help keep our planet ‘alive’, and incorporates the first initials of their names. As designers and entrepreneurs, Alisa and Lysandra are committed to positively influencing the personal care landscape, as well as raising awareness and giving back to the planet.

**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Joining a growing team of 15 and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring a professional and seamless supply experience for our trade customers and consumers. Bring your eye for process innovation and passion to deliver. This role will oversee:

- forecasting & ordering
- inventory optimization and reporting
- supplier relationships

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining stock levels in line with demand plans and working capital targets for a portfolio of sku's and across multiple 3PL warehouses
- Deliver exceptional customer service levels to all stakeholders
- Proficiently raising purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Building effective collaborative relationships with suppliers both domestically and internationally
- Ensure all relevant supply master data is maintained
- Successfully collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to resolve supply constraints
- Review and highlight excess and obsolete inventory with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare reporting as required to support the Operations Manager and wider team
- Ensure SOP’s are maintained for all key operating areas of responsibility
- Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support other operational areas of the business as required for business continuity and as required

**‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’.**
- 3 years’ minimum experience in a similar supply or purchasing role
- Customer centric mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to build strong supplier partnerships
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite with ability to adapt to new systems
- Strong excel knowledge

Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
- Experience with DEAR Inventory software or similar inventory systems
