Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Lead and manage all demand planning activities

Participate in SC Planning activities for Oceania

Forecasting/supply process improvement to improve cost/cash/service

NPI/NPD process engagement, ownership of timely FC changes

SC related projects leadership and involvement i.e. SAP, Promax, BI etc.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Being a matrix organization with local and regional reporting lines and having multiple local and global supply points, stakeholder management and good timely communication will be the keys to be successful in this role.

We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Experience in Demand/Supply planning

Knowledge of IBP and consensus review management experience

Inventory management/optimization experience

Experience in stakeholder management in a matrix organization

Working knowledge of all other SC streams i.e. W&D, Customer Service
