ReturnToWorkSA is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Organisational Development Consultant to help shape a high-performing, future-ready workforce. Working in the Organisational development and capability team, this role will lead the design and delivery of strategic people solutions that build organisational capability, uplift culture, and enhance our people's experience. Working at the intersection of strategy, performance, and transformation, you'll respond to emerging workforce needs and business requirements and translate insight into action, to deliver initiatives that drive meaningful change across the organisation.
The Position
You'll design and deliver programs that enhance employee experience, build organisational capability, and foster a thriving workplace culture. By leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, future-focused learning opportunities, and strategic workforce solutions, you'll drive performance and create an environment where employees feel valued and supported. Collaborating with leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders, you'll champion engagement, design suitable practices, and deliver impactful initiatives aligned with organisational goals to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement people solutions aligned with organisational strategy and future capability needs.
- Lead the development and delivery of learning programs that drive cultural uplift, behavioural change, and leadership capability.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and initiatives to build individual and organisational performance.
- Collaborate across teams to identify process improvements, efficiencies, and leverage strengths.
- Implement Diversity & Inclusion frameworks, including plans such as the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Gender Equity initiatives.
- Analyse workforce data and engagement surveys to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration, innovation, and best practices in organisational development.
- Apply project management methodologies to deliver initiatives effectively within timelines and resource constraints.
- Contribute to a team culture of care, professional excellence, and accountability while achieving excellent customer outcomes.
This role will be a full-time ongoing position.
About you
You bring expertise in organisational development, with a proven ability to design and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance capability, culture, and performance. Your approach is grounded in evidence and insight, leveraging data, stakeholder feedback, and best practice to shape solutions that are both impactful and sustainable. You actively engage and consult with leaders, teams, and subject matter experts to ensure programs are co-designed, relevant, and aligned to business priorities. Outcomes are measured by their tangible impact, supporting performance and strategic goals. You value simplicity and pragmatism, delivering people solutions that are fit-for-purpose, easy to embed, and focused on organisational priorities.
