**About the role**:

Reporting to the Organisational Development (OD) Manager, the OD Consultant will bring an organised and partnering approach to supporting the development and coordination of initiatives that:

- Build and enhance individual, team, leader and organisational capability
- Continue to develop a culture which is safe, customer focussed, high performing, engaged and inclusive
- Ensure our people have clear goals, know what’s expected of them and how they contribute.

**About you**:
To be successful, you will be a passionate and pragmatic operator who:

- has demonstrated experience implementing learning and development (L&D) initiatives
- has a sound knowledge of adult learning principles and has experience designing and delivering training
- brings a project management approach to engage and successfully implement a broad range of solutions
- has a customer service approach, and is exceptional in building enduring relationships
