We are seeking an organisational development (OD) professional to partner with leaders across the business to play a critical advisory role aligned to the overall organisational goals. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the
Organisational Development Specialist
will play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful organisational development and learning initiatives aligned with our newly launched Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion plans.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving key strategic programs — from managing dynamic leadership development initiatives to establishing meaningful employee reference groups. You'll oversee the design and rollout of Cultural Learning Programs as part of our Cultural Learning Strategy and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Wellbeing Strategy and First Nations Employment Strategy.

Through thoughtful analysis of diversity and inclusion survey data, you will generate actionable insights to help shape a more inclusive and engaged organisational culture.

Working closely with the Executive Team and other stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to strengthen organisational capability, culture and engagement while managing associated budgets and providers.

You will be an experienced organisational development and learning professional with a strong track record in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance capability and organisational effectiveness. Your ability to consult, influence and partner with leaders will be matched by strong facilitation, project management and change management skills, as well as excellent written communication and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in OD and L&D within a national corporate or large organisation, coupled with the ability to work effectively across culturally diverse teams, will ensure your success in this role.
