Who are we looking for?
You're someone who's naturally curious – the kind of person who loves to dig beneath the surface to understand
why
things happen. You may be a recent graduate, an intern, or early in your career, but what matters most is your drive to learn and your ability to think logically. You bring a positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a keen interest in how data can tell powerful stories that shape decisions.
You'll thrive if you:
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding meaning in data.
- Curious about how people interact online and how data shapes marketing decisions.
- Excited to learn tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker – and not afraid to experiment.
- A team player who values collaboration, feedback, and growth.
- Someone who loves logic, asks "why?", and isn't afraid to challenge convention.
On a typical day, you might:
- Partner with the Senior Analytics Manager on client calls, providing insights from web data.
- Learn to implement and test tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
- Analyse user behaviour and trends to understand the why behind performance results.
- Build clear, visually engaging dashboards using Looker Studio, BigQuery, or Excel.
- Contribute to WIPs, project timelines, and reporting deliverables across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team across data, media, and creative disciplines.
What will set you up for success?
- 0–2 years' experience in digital analytics or a marketing/agency environment (internships count).
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data clearly and confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation – you take pride in accuracy.
- Understanding of JavaScript or web tagging fundamentals (pixels, tracking, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and presentation tools.
- An eagerness to learn tools like GA4, GTM, BigQuery, or Looker Studio.
But above all, it's your
curiosity, hunger to learn, and drive to make an impact
that will make you successful here.
Why Join Atomic 212°?
