We're expanding our offering with a beautiful new wellness centre featuring yoga, Pilates, allied health, hydrotherapy, and IV therapy, and we're seeking an experienced Wellness and Spa Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, uplifting experience for our clients and team.


About the Role

As the Wellness and Spa Coordinator, you'll take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our wellness and Spa centre and yoga/Pilates studio.

You'll be the central point of coordination — ensuring classes run smoothly, clients are well cared for, and the space is organised, professional, and welcoming. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll also support team performance, implement efficient systems, and help bring our wellness vision to life.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the wellness and spa centre and yoga/Pilates studio.
  • Manage class schedules, instructor coordination, and client bookings.
  • Support and lead wellness team members, including instructors, therapists, and reception staff.
  • Ensure the studio and wellness spaces are maintained to a high standard — clean, calm, and fully equipped.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering a sense of community and care.
  • Coordinate workshops, events, and wellness programs.
  • Assist with marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to business growth through efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.
About You

You're a natural organiser who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You love wellness, movement, and creating meaningful experiences for clients. You're proactive, calm under pressure, and bring warmth and professionalism to everything you do.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in studio, wellness, or fitness centre management (yoga/Pilates preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for health, wellbeing, and creating a positive client experience.
  • Familiarity with booking and scheduling systems.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in yoga/Pilates or wellness operations highly regarded.
