Position Statement
To support our growth, Sheffield Group a proudly Australian, family-owned business is seeking two National Account Managers to join our team, take the lead on a portfolio of National Accounts, and continue the growth of our brands, including Alpha, Sterling, Action Industrial and more, based in Melbourne.

Selection Criteria
You're someone who can:
- Manage a fast-paced business with customers who expect quick answers.
- Build strategic partnerships and be easy to deal with.
- Handle multiple product categories at once.
- Ideally bring experience with PTA, abrasives, tools, or industrial products.
- Be a bit of an Excel wiz — able to manage large SKU counts across multiple customers.
- Travel as needed.
Experience in Hardware, Industrial, or Trade Retail would be preferred, but not essential.
We're looking for a gun salesperson. If you think that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
