Regional Sales Manager – Queensland

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key
    EPCs, installers, and developers
    in
    Queensland
    .
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for
    solar inverters and battery solutions
    .
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, service) to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs in the region.
  • Monitor payment collection and support the finance team in minimizing outstanding dues.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate and timely customer data and activity reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience
    in
    solar inverter or battery energy storage sales
    (B2B experience preferred).
  • Experience in
    key account project management
    and direct business development is preferred.
  • Keen market insight, excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability.
  • Strategic thinking in regional sales layout and planning.
  • Strong understanding of the
    Queensland solar market
    and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
