The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and qualified Wellbeing/ Lifestyle Assistant to join our vibrant team at Clifton Views in Fitzroy North. This is more than a typical lifestyle role—at TLC, our wellbeing program is designed to enrich the lives of our residents through meaningful, personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection
  • Provide individualized one-on-one support for residents
  • Assist with assessments and care plan reviews to ensure wellbeing needs are met
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support residents' overall wellbeing
  • Create memorable experiences—whether it's outings, social events, or unique activities such as a game in our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch at the local pub, or a scenic helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island

Things that matter to us

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • 2025 Influenza Vaccination
  • NDIS Check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
