Dental Assistant – Join Our Friendly Byron Bay Team

Location: Byron Bay, NSW

Hours: 2-4 days per week

About the Role

We're looking for a vibrant, friendly, and caring Dental Assistant to join our small, dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a practice that truly values its people and patients.

You'll be involved in:

  • Assisting our dentists during a wide range of dental procedures
  • Managing appointments and helping our day run smoothly
  • Welcoming patients and handling front desk enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
  • Providing exceptional patient care and support in the surgery
  • Depending on your availability and needs we have between 2 to 4 days a week available

About You

You're someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in their work, and loves being part of a positive, collaborative team.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with patients and team members
  • Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
  • Has a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Don't have dental experience? That's okay We're happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a caring approach to their work.
