About the Role

We're looking for a Dental Assistant to join our Sydney team who brings skill, warmth, and initiative. While surgical dental assisting experience is highly regarded, it's not essential — we're happy to provide training for the right person. However, you must hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

You will:

  • Support our dentists in chairside procedures across general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
  • Create a welcoming, calm experience for every patient
  • Maintain immaculate clinical standards, including sterilisation and infection control
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure seamless, five-star patient care
  • Support with admin tasks, records, and appointments when needed

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 1+ years' experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV is a bonus)
  • Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
  • Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
