Velocity Truck Centres is looking for an experienced and driven
Parts Manager
to lead our well-established Parts Department at our
Laverton dealership in Melbourne Australia.
You'll be stepping into a key leadership role where you will oversee a team of 12 to deliver exceptional customer service and make your mark across our busy operation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage daily operations across parts sales, inventory control and warehousing.
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of Parts Interpreters and warehouse personnel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Drive profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance and uphold a strong safety-first approach.
