SLCN Therapy is a passionate allied health organisation dedicated to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children (0–18 years) and their families. We're expanding our interdisciplinary team and are looking for a motivated and compassionate therapist to join us in Derrimut.

Your Role

As a therapist at SLCN Therapy, you will:

  • Deliver early intervention and therapy services to support children's independence and participation.
  • Conduct standardised assessments and develop functional, routine-based goals.
  • Provide therapy in various settings: clinic, home, school, or online via Zoom.
  • Collaborate with families to create meaningful, evidence-informed interventions.
  • Celebrate progress and continuously evaluate therapy outcomes.
  • Promote inclusion and participation in community activities.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
  • A passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful.
  • Experience in behaviour assessments and therapy for children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Required compliance documents:

  • Registration

  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate or exemption
  • First Aid Training
  • Driver's Licence & Vehicle
