About us:

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop and coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns to support sales and brand objectives.

· Advise managers and clients on effective advertising and content strategies to reach target audiences and promote products and services.

· Oversee the production of campaign materials, including artwork, copy, media scripts, and digital content, ensuring delivery within time and budget.

· Conduct market and audience research, analysing data to identify trends, opportunities and consumer behaviour relevant to new and existing products.

· Create, schedule and publish engaging digital content across social media platforms and company websites.

· Analyse the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Optimise website and social media content to enhance search engine visibility and overall digital performance.

· Support broader business development objectives through the execution of marketing programs and brand-building activities.

Qualifications and skills:

· Bachelor's degree or higher qualification

· Minimum of one year of full-time experience

· Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including content strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning.

· Ability to conduct market and audience research, interpret data and apply insights to content and campaign decisions.

· Proficiency in creating and managing digital content across major social media and web platforms.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and digital optimisation techniques.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance using digital metrics and reporting tools.

· Excellent communication, copywriting and creative development abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
