Looking for a Social media Tik Tok/Instrgram superstar. Someone super confident full of fresh ideas. Must have a minimum 2 years content creation experience with a product or brand, creating or editing video content on TikTok platform.

- Analyse the latest trends and content patterns across social media platforms.
- Working closely with Social Media Editor and Manager of Social Media on high-level strategy for Tiktok.
- Targeting content to TikTok audiences and focus on trending topics.
- Managing TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Maximising engagement and growth, constantly evaluating performance, benchmarking against competitor content, and pivoting strategy in response to these data indicators.
- Keeping a close eye on the TikTok creator landscape, bring in fresh ideas for talent and content.
- Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy.
- Plans, aligns and delivers, on time digital content ensuring all channel content comes from one single brand voice and is consistent with brand guidelines and aligned to us’ Content, SEO and UX strategies
- Write, coordinate, traffic, create and deploy informative and engaging content, across digital channels, which positively positions products and new technology in a way that explains product’s/services key features and/or initiative, campaign or program, helps live better
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, cross functional teams, Agencies & Suppliers to create content and online customer journeys that support launches, branded activity, promotional campaigns, events and business initiatives, to drive customer engagement, loyalty, online sales conversion and align with in store execution
- Mentor and educate on digital content execution, customer journey, SEO and UX, ensuring that all content created is accurate and consistent with established brand guidelines
- Analyse and report on all aspects of digital content, providing the Content team, wider business, and Agencies & Suppliers as required, with insights and recommended improvements
- Liaise directly with Digital teams to create and deploy updates to digital content and templates, ensuring updates are added to the style guide, processes mapped and suitable training deployed
- Assist in social media planning and postings on various social media platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to come out with influencers campaigns strategies.
- Source, engage and manage influencers' timeline and deliverables.
- Continuously engage customers for user content generation.
- Ensuring Influencers' and all user content deliverables comply with the brand image, guidelines and are posted on time.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders to achieve Company's marketing goals.
- Assist in copywriting and creatives.
- Understanding of customer buying habits and market trends.
- Creating short and long-form video content type and performing with relevant tone and style, adhering to the Company's brand voice and respective style guides.
- Working closely with store teams to ideate content ideas that promote thethe Company's ecosystem of products, offerings, and in-store experiences.
- Managing Content calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Maximising engagement and growth, constantly evaluating performance, benchmarking against competitor content, and pivoting strategy in response to these data indicators.
- Ensuring that the Company's mission and vision are heavily featured in storytelling, along with styling and product education.
- Keeping a close eye on the larger trends landscape, bring in fresh ideas for talent and content.
- Continuously deepening knowledge and execution of hashtag and engagement strategies.
- Supporting community and influencer team on engagement initiatives like contests, participatory stories, and creator talent roster.
