Expose Me Marketing is on the hunt for a full-time Content Creator — someone who knows how to capture, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content that performs across all platforms.

If you've got a great eye, know your way around a camera, and love creating engaging short-form videos and photos for social media — we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing content for a range of clients and industries. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with our content editors and marketing team to deliver powerful visual stories that connect with audiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Capturing photos and videos for clients across various industries
  • Editing content for social media, websites, and campaigns
  • Creating short-form storytelling content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Working with content editors to review and provide feedback on their edits
  • Attending and coordinating photo and video shoots (mainly for social media, sometimes for broader marketing campaigns)
  • Travelling between client locations and our Minchinbury base (driver's licence and car required)

This is a sole creative role within our business — you'll take full ownership of content creation, supported by editors for overflow and refinement.

About You

You're a creative all-rounder who's confident behind the lens and in the editing suite. You know what performs online, and your work has that professional yet authentic "scroll-stopping" feel.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Own camera equipment (we also have backup gear available)
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing
  • Skilled with Lightroom, CapCut, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and pacing
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
  • A creative and proactive mindset — always testing new ideas
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • Driver's licence and reliable car
  • Full, ongoing working rights in Australia
