The Sunshine Coast can be reached within 35-40 mins driving north from Caboolture.

This offer will best suit a FRACGP/FACRRM who seeks full-time or part-time, permanent sessions within a very busy, established MIX BILL environment. An incoming GP will be fortunate to join a very consistent patient following and bill approx. 14-16K gross per week for full-time. The owner will offer 72% or $220 per hour for the initial 6 months and 72% thereafter.

Caboolture, nestled within the City of Moreton Bay, is an excellent location for general practitioners, being a DPA MM1. It offers the lucrative earning potential of a vibrant community with the added benefit of affordable housing, making it a fantastic alternative to the pricier Sunshine Coast. The area is also home to several highly-regarded private schools, including St Columban's College, St Paul's Lutheran Primary, St Michael's College, St Peter's School, and Caboolture Montessori School.

FRACGPs who are subject to moratorium restrictions, will enjoy the ease of approving a Medicare Provider with no wait time whatsoever and will join a very busy clinic in need of a full-time equivalent GP with patients ready to go
