Cottee Parker Architects are on the lookout for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. If you're a creative leader with Revit proficiency, a passion for interiors, and the capability to drive projects from concept to completion, this role is for you.

You'll play a central role in leading design direction, managing project delivery, and fostering client relationships across diverse project types. Your ability to lead, collaborate, and innovate will directly impact the success of our projects, and the evolution of our studio.

You'll Be Working On High-quality Interior Environments Across

  • Commercial Workplace (previous experience required)
  • Multi-Residential (previous experience required)
  • Hotels (previous experience well regarded)
  • Activity-Based Workplaces (previous experience well regarded)

Design Leadership
What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead concept development and detailed design with strong strategic insight
  • Confidently present design ideas to clients and stakeholders

Project & Client Management

  • Drive project delivery from briefing to handover
  • Oversee project teams, timelines, and profitability
  • Serve as a key client contact, offering thoughtful, solutions-focused guidance

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior designers and coordinate small project teams
  • Collaborate with our architectural teams to integrate interiors seamlessly

Technical Excellence

  • Oversee documentation, FF&E, and approvals
  • Ensure code compliance, construction quality, and alignment with CPA standards
  • Conduct site inspections and manage design implementation

About You

  • 8+ years' experience with strong project leadership and team mentoring
  • Proven success in delivering commercial, residential, hospitality, and workplace interiors
  • Revit proficiency (mandatory); familiarity with BIM workflows
  • Strong design sensibility backed by technical know-how
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
  • Confident leading client presentations and consultant coordination
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual depth and executional clarity
