The role:

Are you ready to take your Salesforce career to the next level? This is your rare opportunity to be one of the foundational members of our brand-new Salesforce practice As a Salesforce Functional Consultant you will:

• Assist in gathering and analysing client requirements to support solution design.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and automation using declarative tools.
• Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in client workshops, documentation, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, delivering large-scale solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
• Exposure to Salesforce (Trailhead modules, university projects, or internships preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in core Salesforce functionality: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Experience in one or more of the below Salesforce Clouds beneficial: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio
• Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds (or commitment to upskill as required).
