As The Magician
, you are equal parts measured and magic. You are curious, precise, patient, and big-hearted. You embrace the weird and know how to pull magic out of the hat, no matter what curveball is thrown your way. This role will see you be the trusted sidekick to The Magician, supporting members of the leadership team (LT), so your attention to detail, confidentiality, problem solving and organisation skills are second to none. You weave creativity through everything you do, always looking for ways to complete tasks differently.

You'll have three big things to do:

1. ULTIMATE PROBLEM SOLVER

You are the go-to for supporting members of the leadership team. The latest and greatest Filofax on the market doesn't even come close to you when it comes to organisation and caring about the little details whilst anticipating their next move. Whether it's organising travel, booking speaking events, using AI to map timesheets, aligning breakfasts or couriering a mobile phone from the other side of the world (yes, you read that) – you have got it covered and you are mapping out the plan ahead of time with laser-focused detail.

2. YOU CAN DOT YOUR I'S AND CROSS YOUR T'S

Whether it's diary management, booking the next flight out or submitting a pile of expenses, everything you do has great attention to detail. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

3. UPHOLD AND MAINTAIN THE BALANCE

You know Thinkerbell and the people inside it and you understand the challenges our Thinkers and Tinkers manage on a daily basis. You proactively work in collaboration with our Thinkers and Tinkers to uphold and maintain the balance of Thinkerbell, which means you make sure good communication is front and centre and you are consistently finding innovative ways to support the agency to ensure Thinkers and Tinkers can deliver their best work.
