Role Description

This is a part-time
, on-site
 position based at Karrinyup shopping centre. As a Massage Chair Salesperson, you will:

  • Welcome customers and guide them through hands-on demonstrations of our massage chairs.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain the showroom's presentation and ensure all displays are clean and inviting.
  • Track inventory and assist with stock management.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective communication and selling techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of massage and wellness concepts (e.g., medical massage, Shiatsu, body massage) is highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or showroom setting preferred but not essential.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Karrinyup shopping centre, WA.
