**About the Role**
**We are currently seeking an energetic and organised Parts Interpreter to join our team.**
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Interpreter will be responsible in answering dealer enquiries and processing parts orders in an efficient and professional manner.
The position is full-time and based in Cockburn Central.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and manage enquiries from dealers and farmers, providing timely responses and follow up actions.
- Process and print parts orders received from our online webstore.
- Deliver orders to our Stores department, collect and file completed orders.
- Raise/complete work orders for parts required on sales orders.
- Liaise with other departments on parts and sales order issues.
- Monitor progress of sales orders and advise dealers any issues, backorders and completion details.
- Assist in quotations and updating RRP of Ausplow products on a regular basis.
- Assist in creation of new manuals and the regular updating of existing Parts/Assembly/Operators manuals.
- Manage the Non-Conformance Log seeking input from other departments to keep it current.
- Fill in for the Parts Manager during leave periods.
- Attend Agricultural Machinery Field Days as required.
- Provide after-hours call out support to dealers and farmers during seeding season.
- Maintain and uphold our strong commitment to OH&S.
**About You**
- Experience in a Parts Interpreting, Manufacturing or Mechanical Trade field of work.
- Agricultural industry background and Pronto experience is an advantage.
- Able to interpret technical drawings is desirable.
- Reliable and organised with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Good computer literacy skills including MS Office
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude.
