Location: St Marys, Western Sydney   
Salary:  $60k - $70k + Super

Role Overview
Step into the heart of this bustling manufacturing business as the friendly face at reception 
You'll interact with customers, support production teams with admin tasks, and become a vital part of a dynamic team where attention to detail and a can-do attitude shine.
Key Duties Include:
Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as required.Greet customers and suppliers with a warm, professional manner.Print and organize production tags and schedules.Process EFTPOS payments and handle customer purchase orders.Manage and scan client paperwork, ensuring all files are correctly saved.Assist with customer quotes and liaise with transport providers for delivery dockets.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.Perform general office tasks, including mail distribution, stock orders, and maintaining storeroom cleanliness. You might currently work in retail, fast food, or hospitality and are looking to transition into an administrative, customer service-focused role.
