Front Office Attendant | Hotel Victor | Dream big with us

We're calling for the ultimate experience creator to welcome and 'WOW' our guests as their first point of contact. In this fast paced role, you'll use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience. Sound good? Read on

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
  • Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
  • Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

What do we need from you

About you:

  • You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
  • You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You are highly organised and have great computer skills
  • You hold a current RSA certificate
