Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for a CA to join our team in Victor Harbor.

Approximately 10-15 hrs p/week.

We are currently looking to hire someone to manage our front desk and all associated tasks. With the flexibility to work split shifts as well as support the team and be available to work some additional shifts as required.

Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.

Additional to this role:

- Acting as the main point of contact in practice for our Corporate team
- Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of front desk and practice administration
- Availability Wednesday and Thursday
- Customer service experience
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous
- A pleasant phone manner
- Flexibility to work split shifts and support the team, including availability to work some extra shifts and weekends when required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
