About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the team at Ability Ease PTY LTD as a Customer Service Coordinator - Mobility Aids. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients who are looking to purchase mobility aids and home healthcare products. Based in our office in Mount Waverley, VIC, this role will involve a combination of phone, email and in-person customer interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming phone and email inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, ordering and delivery
  3. Providing product information, pricing, availability and delivery details
  4. Handling customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and orders
  6. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
  7. Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service, sales or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare or mobility aids industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  5. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
  6. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
